    I had a wonderful experience, at Puente Holistico. My hosts were lovely and my guide Marc was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time teaching and answering questions. It is so obvious that his passion and intention is to make a positive impact. In addition to lovely accommodations and food, there was fresh fruit and medicinal plants and teas, all growing on the property.  The personalized attention, spiritual practice and therapies allow for growth and healing. There are trails nearby along a river, where you can hike to a waterfall and swim below it or in the pools above. If you are looking for peace, solitude and healing this is the retreat for you. I loved the area and this was a wonderful experience and I plan to return

    My experience with the therapies that Marc offers and the sessions I have had with him are marking a turning point in my health and current life.

    In my case, I was going through a period of anxiety and stress attacks along with deep feelings of sadness and grief due to the loss of loved ones. In addition to having allergic episodes, I believe that they were partly caused by all of the above.

    From the first Jin Shin Jyutsu session and the set of therapies applied by Marc along with his global or (metaphysical) vision, accompanied by the tools that Marc is offering me such as his explanations, techniques and relaxation exercises or dietary guidelines, I began to leave that grief and sadness behind as well as to control stress and anxiety. There has undoubtedly been a healing and improvement in my person and my allergies have also disappeared.

    Now my mind is calm, at peace, my mood has changed and I have a smile on my face.

    For me all this has been "magical" and I will always be very grateful for the work, dedication and attention that Marc has shown me!!

    Marc was an incredibly kind, gentle and dedicated accompaniment to my healing, very individualised and adapting to my specific system,the opposite of previous individuals I’ve worked with who had one method they tried to shove you into.
