    I had a wonderful experience, at Puente Holistico. My hosts were lovely and my guide Marc was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time teaching and answering questions. It is so obvious that his passion and intention is to make a positive impact. In addition to lovely accommodations and food, there was fresh fruit and medicinal plants and teas, all growing on the property.  The personalized attention, spiritual practice and therapies allow for growth and healing. There are trails nearby along a river, where you can hike to a waterfall and swim below it or in the pools above. If you are looking for peace, solitude and healing this is the retreat for you. I loved the area and this was a wonderful experience and I plan to return

    Mi experiencia con las terapias que Marc ofrece y las sesiones realizadas con él están suponiendo un antes y un después en mi salud y vida actual.

    En mi caso estaba atravesado un periodo con ataques de ansiedad y estrés junto con profundos sentimientos de tristeza y pena debido a la pérdida de seres queridos. Además de contar con episodios alérgicos en parte creo que producidos por todo lo anterior.

    Desde la primera sesión de Jin Shin Jyutsu y del conjunto de terapias aplicadas por Marc a la par de su visión global ó (metafísica), acompañadas de las herramientas que Marc me está ofreciendo como sus explicaciones, técnicas y ejercicios de relajación o pautas en alimentacion, comencé a dejar atrás esa pena y tristeza así como a controlar el stress y la ansiedad. Sin duda ha habido una sanación y mejoría en mi persona y mis alergias también han desaparecido. 

    Ahora mi mente está tranquila, en paz, mi estado de ánimo ha cambiado y tengo una sonrisa en la cara.

    Para mi todo esto ha sido "mágico" y siempre estaré agradecidísimo con el trabajo, dedicación y atención que Marc me ha demostrado!!

    Marc was an incredibly kind, gentle and dedicated accompaniment to my healing, very individualised and adapting to my specific system,the opposite of previous individuals I’ve worked with who had one method they tried to shove you into. I could really feel his care and can only walmy recommend him
